Oasis SDA Management will enroll your property into the NDIS and will manage the property on your behalf by acting under a leasehold agreement. 

Oasis handles payment of all outgoings, expenses, repairs and maintenance and capital items. Conversely, we will facilitate the collection and remittance of funds at regular intervals back to the property owners. We keep you informed on any issue that arises in relation to your investment. 

There are specific requirements that accommodation providers must adhere to when providing specialist accommodation to NDIS participants. We will handle all ongoing compliance requirements removing this burden from the owners.
