Oasis SDA Management are an NDIS registered Specialist Disability Accommodation provider and licensed real estate agency in Queensland and New South Wales. We specialise in providing top-tier service to property investors, landlords, and Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers.

Our mission is to enhance lives by facilitating access to SDA housing for NDIS participants. We offer tailored management services exclusively for NDIS-funded SDA properties, ensuring compliance with government regulations through comprehensive property management, including enrollment, reporting, inspections, and assessments.

Working closely with SIL providers and government agencies, we facilitate the provision of SDA dwellings to those in critical need. Operating across NSW and Queensland, our operations include specialized property managers to oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of SDA properties across Australia.
